The Ministry was formed during the COVID pandemic and the band was created purely for the love of MOD & Northern Sound the 60/70’s era which is where our hearts are. The band has travelled a lot honing up their skills playing small venues around Surrey to bigger stages and playing in 2019 on The Famous Brighton Pier and Retrofest too….. Early in the Ministry life Mike Thompson and Andrew Deevey, both extremely talented in their individual ways, joined the band to turn the levels up to eleven. The artists the group aspire to be like are the The Who, The Small Faces, The Kinks, The Jam. The list goes on….. ‘We are always and will always be about the music!’…..
