Tickets & Booking
Do you take card payments? Yes, we take contactless, chip & pin, and cash at the bar and door.
Can I buy tickets on the door? Usually yes, but popular acts sell out. If it's something you can't miss, get your ticket early. We announce if a gig is sold out on our Facebook Page, or give us a call.
Can I reserve a table or a seat? There are no reservations at the HUB, it's first come, first served when doors open. We've found this is the fairest way. If you or someone in your party needs a seat, please come early to avoid disappointment.
What if a gig is cancelled? We give full refunds for cancelled shows. We'll contact you if we have your details, or check out our social media to let you know. Please always check before heading out, just in case there's been an unforeseen problem. It's unlikely but late cancellations due to the bands having family emergencies or a sudden illness, for example, can happen, so do check.
Venue Info
What time do bands finish? Most nights wrap up by 11:00PM. Sunday shows finish earlier around 10:00PM. This is convenient for the Hampton train station departures.
Is there parking? There's free street parking locally on Ashley Road and the wider neighbouring streets, plus on-site spaces for performers.
Do you serve food? We have a range of nuts, crisps, veggie samosas. There are plenty of restaurants and takeaways within 5 minutes if you want a proper meal first.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, There's step-free access, accessible toilets, and wheelchair spaces on the dance floor and in the seating areas.
Do you have a cloakroom? We don't so please travel light. We can't store coats or bags.
Is it air conditioned? Yes, full air conditioning keeps the venue comfortable whether you're dancing or sitting.
Drinks & Bar
What drinks do you serve? We have a wide range of wines, beers, spirits, plus alcohol-free options. Proper bar prices, not stadium markup.
Do you do food allergies/dietary requirements? Our snacks include nuts. Check with staff about specific allergies.
Private Hire
Can I hire the venue for my event? Yes! The HUB is available for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and private band performances. Call Chris directly on 07770 636303 to discuss your requirements.
How far ahead do I need to book? Please contact us as early as possible as we have events and community activities most nights of the week.
Bands & Performers
Can my band play here? We're always looking for quality acts that have got a good following. Private hire is available subject to availability if you want to practice on a proper stage with a full PA system and lighting.
Do you provide equipment? We have a full PA system, lighting and sound crew included. Bring your instruments and any special equipment.
